Lovell Homes has been given an award for its development for the fourth year in a row.
The South Wales developer won the In-house Gold Award recognising exceptional customer satisfaction.
The award focuses on customer feedback and house building standards.
Lovell exceeded the 90 per cent customer recommendation requirement for the gold award with a 93.6 per cent customer recommendation rate.
This means a vast majority of customers would recommend Lovell.
